If there is alignment, I begin with a focused Strategic Systems Intensive before entering a longer-term advisory relationship.
Over four to six weeks, we map your technology architecture, assess your KPI maturity, identify leverage gaps, build a 12-month strategy, and document capital readiness considerations.
If there's continued alignment after that, and there usually is, we move into an ongoing advisory relationship.
